Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Relevo platform, including any services, features, content, and applications offered by Relevo, Inc. ("Relevo," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Relevo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Relevo provides an enterprise AI agent platform that enables organizations to design, deploy, govern, and optimize AI agents. Our services include but are not limited to:

• AI agent development and configuration tools
• Monitoring and analytics dashboards
• Integration capabilities with third-party systems
• Professional services and support

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Use Restrictions

You agree not to use the platform:

• In violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• To infringe upon the rights of others
• To transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• To interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

5. Intellectual Property

The platform and its contents, features, and functionality are owned by Relevo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Data Processing

Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, by a Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") entered into with enterprise customers.

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the other party's confidential information and to use such information only for purposes of fulfilling its obligations under these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relevo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Relevo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the platform or via email. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
